    Boris Coetsier

    Senior consultant & Managing Director

As the second generation at Orpsy, I combine my role as managing director with hands-on consulting work. With a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and an MBA, I bring over 25 years of experience in HR, mainly advising senior managers, executives and international profiles.

I work in a pragmatic and goal-oriented way, with respect for both people and organisations.

Outside Orpsy, I spend time with Veronique and our four children, and enjoy running and water sports.

    Assessor & Career Professional

Throughout my career and studies, a passion for HR and a strong connection with business have always been central. In the past, I gained experience in both generalist HR roles and leadership positions.

For several years now, I have found my place at Orpsy. Our expertise in assessments and the opportunity to work within a close and committed team make it a pleasure to come to work every day. As a senior assessor, I mainly focus on executive assessments, working with management profiles and advising clients.

    Junior assessor & career professional

I studied clinical psychology at Ghent University, but the business world always attracted me. At Orpsy I can combine both areas of expertise. As a clinical psychologist, I bring a unique perspective to the assessment process, with a focus on behavioural analysis and in-depth feedback.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling with friends, reading books and staying active through sports – activities that give me energy for every new challenge.

    Junior assessor & career professional

During my studies, I discovered the many facets of HR, which sparked my curiosity for this field. After recently completing my master’s degree in business psychology, I decided to further develop my knowledge in the field of assessments. This choice eventually brought me to Orpsy, where I can fully apply my strong interest in evaluating and developing talent.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling, being creative, and enthusiastically sharing my love for books, films and TV series.
