Talent Q as extra tool

Given our international clients, cultural sensitivity increasingly became a topic when planning assessment and development centers. To continue evolving as experts in assessments, we actively searched for a new tool that could eliminate cultural biases as much as possible. In this way, we are able to provide more well-founded advice while taking the candidate’s country of origin into account. After an extensive search for the perfect tool that met our requirements, we arrived at Korn Ferry. They gave us the opportunity to discover Talent Q.

Talent Q consists of personality questionnaires, reasoning tests, questionnaires related to motivational aspects, leadership questionnaires, commercial questionnaires, and more. While our current tool CEBIR still provides these aspects in Dutch, English, French and German, Talent Q takes things a step further for international profiles. With Talent Q, Korn Ferry offers no fewer than 46 languages along with corresponding benchmark groups. These range from Arabic to Chinese and from Portuguese to Hindi! This allows us to avoid biases and provide our clients with even more reliable insights. In addition, the tool can always be used online, allowing candidates to select their own native language. The remainder of the assessment can then be conducted via virtual applications, Skype or conference calls.

With this tool, we aim to provide our clients with tailored assessment solutions.
