My name is Stefanie and I joined Orpsy in January 2019. With a master’s degree in Political Science in hand, I deliberately started looking for a job within the HR field. Orpsy gave me a great opportunity to further develop myself!

In my previous job as a recruiter in engineering consultancy, I already gained some experience within the sector. Afterwards, I focused more on sales as a business manager. The commercial aspect still appeals to me, and I am confident that this competence will certainly come in handy at Orpsy as well. This position appealed to me for several reasons: using and further developing my writing skills, understanding the personal motivations of candidates to apply, working with both assessment and development centers… the list goes on! I am happy to take on this challenge within such a dynamic team.
