Leur travail a inspir\u00e9 cet article et montre, selon nous, les facteurs que les professionnels des ressources humaines doivent prendre en compte lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de leur strat\u00e9gie de gestion des conflits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Certains secteurs ont davantage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour r\u00e9pondre ad\u00e9quatement aux difficult\u00e9s que rencontrent les membres d\u2019une \u00e9quipe lorsqu\u2019ils collaborent \u00e0 distance. Pour beaucoup d\u2019autres entreprises, la menace soudaine a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but d\u2019un changement complet dans leur mani\u00e8re de travailler, pour lequel elles n\u2019\u00e9taient pas toujours pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. Elles ont d\u00fb, avec un engagement immense, s\u2019adapter rapidement et proposer des solutions num\u00e9riques \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs. C\u2019est pour ces entreprises que nous souhaitons partager quelques \u00ab best practices \u00bb en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et de gestion des conflits. Elles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour structurer les relations entre coll\u00e8gues ainsi que celles avec leurs responsables. Cette liste n\u2019est \u00e9videmment pas exhaustive, mais constitue plut\u00f4t un point de d\u00e9part pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de faire encore mieux \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Les attentes doivent \u00eatre clairement d\u00e9finies d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Du ressentiment peut appara\u00eetre lorsque certains ont l\u2019impression que certains membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ne respectent pas leurs obligations. Cela dit, tout le monde ne se sent pas toujours \u00e0 l\u2019aise pour formuler ses pr\u00e9occupations. Un manager doit donc rester attentif et chercher activement \u00e0 maintenir des contacts individuels avec ses collaborateurs. Si des signes apparaissent indiquant que certaines attentes ne sont pas r\u00e9alistes, l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante consiste \u00e0 les red\u00e9finir et \u00e0 les communiquer \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Bien entendu, un suivi doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9 tout au long du processus par les parties concern\u00e9es. Enfin, il est utile de proposer des possibilit\u00e9s de communication \u00e0 la fois formelles et informelles et d\u2019indiquer clairement quand chacune doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Une communication efficace implique pr\u00e9paration et interaction r\u00e9elle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte de travail \u00e0 distance, il est essentiel que les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe restent inform\u00e9s de toutes les activit\u00e9s pertinentes ainsi que des projets actuels et futurs. Avant d\u2019ouvrir une fen\u00eatre de discussion d\u2019\u00e9quipe ou d\u2019envoyer un e-mail rapide, il convient de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019objectif et au destinataire du message. Les messages impulsifs peuvent causer des dommages, car il n\u2019est pas toujours possible d\u2019apporter suffisamment de nuance dans une communication virtuelle. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avant de communiquer reste donc la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Mettre en place des canaux de communication formels et informels pour renforcer le lien<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau de confiance au sein des \u00e9quipes virtuelles influence leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les conflits. Lorsque la direction met \u00e0 disposition des outils pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi permettant de communiquer \u00e0 un niveau plus personnel, ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour maintenir le lien entre coll\u00e8gues. Les pauses-caf\u00e9 virtuelles via Microsoft Teams ou les \u00e9changes instantan\u00e9s via Slack sont devenus presque incontournables. Ces moments de contact peuvent faciliter les discussions autour de la collaboration elle-m\u00eame. Il est \u00e9galement utile de fournir un aper\u00e7u clair des canaux utilis\u00e9s pour la communication formelle, les r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe et les \u00e9changes informels entre individus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Fournir des lignes directrices claires pour g\u00e9rer les conflits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les points pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents se concentrent principalement sur la pr\u00e9vention et les moyens d\u2019aborder les probl\u00e8mes, les conflits entre personnes restent in\u00e9vitables. Au final, les personnalit\u00e9s et les points de vue peuvent parfois s\u2019opposer. Les individus doivent avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre eux-m\u00eames leurs diff\u00e9rends. Si cela ne produit pas le r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9, une structure claire mise en place par l\u2019organisation constitue un moyen efficace d\u2019y rem\u00e9dier. Celle-ci vise \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir une relation professionnelle et \u00e0 permettre d\u2019exprimer les attentes et les sentiments personnels.
